Medior Business Analysis
As an experienced consultant in Business Analysis you are responsible for making our clients successful in the field of IT solutions and data management. You understand better than anyone what needs to happen at the client in this area. This makes you a well-known expert within our top 200 client network.
Your activities
You help to solve our clients' business issues and carry out interim projects at the intersection of data, finance and analytics. Your responsibilities will range from organizing, storing and analyzing data at the client to monitoring data quality and developing DQ dashboards.
This includes organising stakeholder meetings to discuss and present project results and follow-up actions. As well as preparing management reports and presentations to senior management regarding progress and data quality issues.
Furthermore, you will often act as a link between IT and business to translate requirements into IT solutions. Every project is a new challenge. This is why your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Discussing data requirements for quantitative models and reports;
- Implementing DQ controls, development of dashboards and monitoring of data quality at the client. You do this in Power BI or more advanced software;
- Translating business requirements into IT implementations;
- Investigating the most recent regulations regarding data management and translating these guidelines into new system implementations;
- Investigating and documenting data flows and associated data lineage;
- Conducting trend analyzes in large data files to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data;
- Transfering your knowledge to the clients' team so that our clients become even more successful.
What you bring
We are looking for experienced business analysts and data managers with different business and IT-related backgrounds, experiences, and passions. It speaks for itself that you are ambitious, self-reflective and dare to be confident in an authentic way.
Furthermore, you are energized by stakeholder management and are well adept at gathering reliable information. You use this in combination with a consultive mindset to make our clients more successful.
- You have 2+ years of relevant work experience and want to make your next career steps as a consultant by executing multiple interim projects per year in multiple industries;
- You have an academic background in Information Sciences, Business Administration, Economics or another related study;
- You are hands-on in dashboarding in Power BI, Spotfire and/or Tableau;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.

- A salary range between €5,200 and €6,500 per month (including holiday allowance), depending on your track record;
- Performance bonuses based on results and revenues;

- Besides in-house training opportunities, an external development budget of €2,000 per year to obtain relevant certifications as FRM or CFA;
