As an experienced consultant in Financial Solutions you are responsible for making our clients successful in the fields of investments, reporting, accounting, tax, and risk management. You understand better than anyone what needs to happen at the client in this area. This makes you a well-known expert within our top 200 client network.
Your activities
You help to solve our clients' business issues and perform interim projects at the intersection of data, finance and analytics. Your responsibilities include automating financial processes, consolidating reporting flows, presenting investment analyses, implementing new tax regulations and creating different types of balance sheets. Every project is a new challenge. This is why your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Identifying bottlenecks and optimizing reporting processes;
- Delivering up-to-date reports and management information;
- Investigating new techniques and tooling, and testing these after implementation;
- Analysing data and creating dashboards to provide your stakeholders with the necessary financial insights and forecasts;
- Organising stakeholder meetings to discuss and present the results and follow-up actions of projects;
- Advising the client on the latest developments in the field of financial and fiscal process optimisation;
- Transfering your knowledge to the clients' team so that our clients become even more successful.
What you bring
We are looking for experienced reporting analysts, accountants, tax analysts, and risk managers with different finance and tax-related backgrounds, experiences, and passions. It speaks for itself that you are ambitious, self-reflective and dare to be confident in an authentic way.
Furthermore, you are energized by stakeholder management and are well adept at gathering reliable information. You use this in combination with a consultive mindset to make our clients more successful.
- You have 2+ years of relevant work experience and want to make your next career steps as a consultant by executing multiple interim projects per year in multiple industries;
- You have an academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Fiscal Economics or another related study;
- You are hands-on with the preparation of financial statements according to internal and external regulations as IFRS, GAAP, Basel or Solvency II;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.

- A salary range between €5,200 and €6,500 per month (including holiday allowance), depending on your track record;
- Performance bonuses based on results and revenues;

- Half-day a week in-house professional and technical training combined with personal coaching;
- Besides in-house training opportunities, an external development budget of €2,000 per year to obtain relevant certifications as FRM or CFA;
