Managing Quantitative Analyst
As a managing consultant of a Quantitative Analytics team, you make your own team successful and you understand better than anyone what needs to happen at the client from quantitative perspecitve. This makes you a well-known managing consultant within our top 200 client network.
Your activities
In addition to guiding junior and medior consultants, your responsibilities range from data collection and model development to validating and calibrating forecasts.
You develop quantitative models for operational, actuarial, risk and pricing purposes. You use copulas, regressions, time series and AI to make our clients more succesful. Every project is a new challenge. This is why your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Developing and guiding a team of about 5 junior and medior consultants with their challenges at the client;
- Developing models in SAS, Matlab, R, and/or Python by means of regressions, AI algorithms, stochastic methods or other investigated techniques;
- Developing cashflow models, loss triangles, mortality tables, IFRS reports and Solvency 2 reports;
- Performing scenario analyses and risk remediation strategies for senior management;
- Transfering your knowledge to the clients' team so that our clients become even more successful.
What you bring
We are looking for experienced quantitative analysts, modellers and actuaries with different quantitative backgrounds, experiences, and passions. It speaks for itself that you are ambitious, self-reflective and dare to be confident in an authentic way.
Furthermore, you are energized by guiding and developing junior and medior teammembers and know how to make your team successful in delivering high-quality work for our clients.
- You have 4+ years of relevant work experience and want to make your next career steps as a managing consultant;
- You have an academic background in Actuarial Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics or another related study;
- You have excellent modelling experience in Python, SAS, R, and/or MATLAB;
- You have experience in training and coaching junior employees or are interested in developing yourself in this area;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.

- A salary range between €4,500 and €8,500 per month (including holiday allowance), depending on your track record;
- Performance bonuses based on results and revenues;
