Your activities

You are responsible for the recruitment of new corporate colleagues and the influx of our medior and managing consultants. To do this successfully, you are able to manage a large candidate pool and have a clear picture of all Mploy Associates teams and their needs. Your day-to-day activities include:

  • Collaborate with the team leads to identify all needs, determine the right profiles and ultimately find the perfect match
  • Maintaining your candidate pool by contacting your leads on a regular basis and keep them informed about opportunities
  • Drawing detailed job profiles together with your internal client
  • Developing and executing a recruitment strategy per function to ensure the right candidates are attracted
  • Actively sourcing through various recruitment channels such as LinkedIn and job boards
  • Advising job applicants on their next career step and providing career coaching where relevant
  • Creating an unforgettable candidate experience with valuable insights for all stakeholders

  • A salary range between €3,400 and €4,300 per month (including holiday allowance), depending on your track record
  • A bonus scheme based on your own targets
  • 25 days of paid annual leave
  • Besides in-house training opportunities, an external development budget of €2,000 per year to obtain relevant certifications
  • An international work environment with colleagues from all over the world

We are looking for experienced talent acquistion specialists with different commercial and recruitment-related backgrounds, experiences, and passions. You are an enthusiastic, curious and proactive professional who can work well independently. It speaks for itself that you are ambitious, self-reflective and dare to be confident in an authentic way.

Furthermore, you are someone who loves to connect with people. With your enthusiasm you attract the best professionals to our organisation. Furthermore:

  • You have 2+ years of work experience in a recruitment position;
  • You completed a bachelor's or master's degree;
  • You have an affinity with talent solutions within data, finance and analytics environments;
  • You are eager to develop yourself on personal, professional and theoretical level;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
