Your activities

As Office Manager, you are responsible for the entire office experience. With your proactive attitude and smile on your face, you ensure that your colleagues can do their work and that visitors have an unforgettable experience. In addition:

  • Thanks to your presence, visitors and employees are warmly welcomed and you turn every visit into an experience;
  • You know better than anyone else how to make a difference and exceed expectations.
  •  The welcoming begins with the arrival of a new colleague. From the very first moment you are the point of contact for all colleagues and make sure that the onboarding with both the client and us goes smoothly so that everyone experiences a flying start;
  • Finally, you make sure the office is kept tidy and you are responsible for administrative tasks such as preparing salary payments, processing mutations, ordering flowers for your new colleagues and answering questions from your colleagues or other stakeholders in the Back Office mailbox.

What we offer

An Office Manager role within our talent focused consultancy organization means a career full of challenges and responsibilities.   • A salary range between €2,400 and €3,400 per month (including holiday allowance), depending on your track record;

  • An international working environment with colleagues from all over the world.

What you bring

You are someone with hospitality in his or her DNA. You also have a hands-on mentality and have good communication skills. Furthermore:

  • Whether you just graduated or have years of experience: you have a passion for hospitality and have an affinity for administrative work;
  • You want to put into practice your skills gained during your bachelor;
  • You are a social butterfly who loves structure;
  • You are living in Utrecht area and are (almost) fluent in Dutch and English;
  • You would like to develop further on a personal, professional and theoretical level;
  • You are ambitious, self-reflective and dare to be confident in an authentic way.
