The Sales Talent Program is an intensive one-year program in which you boost your career from commercial high potential to a successful Business Consultant. You will be trained by the best people in the field on a personal, professional and theoretical level. Your daily activities will be:
- Scheduling meetings and having a coffee (or drink) with your future clients;
- Advising clients on how to build a successful team. You develop HR roadmaps and will become responsible for their implementation;
- Drawing detailed job profiles together with your client. Liaise with your colleagues from Talent Acquisition to ensure the perfect match;
- Introducing colleagues with the right skills, competences and personality to the client, prepare them for the project and ensure a smooth start;
- Initiating the relevant development programs together with your colleagues from Talent Development and monitoring important team metrics together with the client.
What you bring
You are someone who loves to discuss and advise in a positive and contagious way. You are a quick thinker, a winner, and you make the most of yourself.
Furthermore, you are eager to develop yourself on personal, professional and theoretical level with our personalized in-house Sales Talent Program.
- You have 0-3 years of work experience and want to learn everything about sales and consultancy;
- You want to put into practice your skills that you have acquired during your bachelor’s or master’s;
- You have a passion for developing client relationships;
- You have a consultive mindset to make our clients more successful;
- You are ambitious, self-reflective and dare to be confident in an authentic way;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.

- An excellent salary up to €45,000 including commissions in your first year;
