You connect with self employed professionals in data, finance and analytics and build a strong network to help our clients with an efficient expertise boost.

As a Recruitment Consultant you are responsible for maintaining and expanding our network of self employed interim professionals. This network is important to us in case we do not have the specific skills or experience available in-house that our clients currently need. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Expanding our network of interim professionals within data, finance and analytics;
- Performing intake interviews with interim professionals about their experiences, skills and competences;
- Advising interim professionals about market developments and skills to stay ahead;
- Maintaining your candidate pool by contacting the interim professionals on a regular basis and keep them informed about opportunities;
- Finetuning job profiles with your colleagues from Business Relations;
- Matching the right interim professionals to the right client projects based on experiences, skills and competences.
What you bring
You are someone who loves to discuss and advise in a positive and contagious way. You are a quick thinker, a winner, and you make the most of yourself.
Furthermore, you are eager to develop yourself on personal, professional and theoretical level.
- You have 0-3 years of work experience and want to learn everything about recruitment consultancy;
- You want to put into practice your skills that you have acquired during your bachelor’s or master’s;
- You have an affinity with talent solutions within data, finance and analytics environments;
- You are eager to develop yourself on personal, professional and theoretical level;
- You are ambitious, self-reflective and dare to be confident in an authentic way;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.

- A salary range between €2,900 and €3,600 per month (including holiday allowance);
- A bonus scheme based on your own targets;
- 25 days of paid annual leave;
- Professional and theoretical training combined with personal coaching on a weekly basis;
- Besides in-house training opportunities, an external development budget of €2,000 per year to obtain relevant certifications;
- An international working environment with driven and ambitious colleagues from all over the world.
