With your proactive attitude and smile on your face, you ensure that your colleagues can do their work and that visitors will not forget their visit to our office.

As an Office Host you are responsible for the entire office experience. You know how to make a visit or work day unforgettable. Furthermore:
- Thanks to your presence, visitors and employees are warmly received and you turn every visit into an experience.
- You know better than anyone else how to make a difference and exceed expectations.
- In addition to providing a hospitable and professional welcome, you are responsible for administrative activities such as managing the meeting rooms and ordering flowers for your new colleagues;
- Lastly, you ensure that the office is tidy and you support the Back Office team in their day-to-day activities.
What you bring
We are looking for someone with hospitality in her or his DNA. In addition, there are the following points:
We are looking for someone with hospitality in her or his DNA. Furthermore, you are a hard worker, go-getter and possess good communication skills. Furthermore:
- You are energetic and have a proactive attitude;
- You are flexible and you work in a structured way;
- You are a team player but can also work independently;
- You live in (or close to) Utrecht;
- You are available at least 24 hours a week spread over half days or whole days;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
What we offer

- A salary range between €2,100 and €3,000 per month (including holiday allowance), depending on your track record;
- A bonus scheme based on your own targets;
- 25 days of paid annual leave;
- The possibility to work on a part-time basis;
- An international working environment with colleagues from all over the world.
