You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our network of Master's and PhD graduates. Your day is filled with finding, approaching and enthusing the right candidates for our Talent Programs. Your responsibilities include:
- Searching and contacting high potential candidates using the best software;
- Selecting relevant candidates based on their resume and phone interview;
- Assisting during campus events and in-house training events;
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team during the follow-up of career coaching sessions.
What you bring
You are a hard worker, go-getter and possess good communication skills. With your enthusiasm you connect high potential candidates to our organisation. You show initiative and can work independently.
Furthermore, you are eager to develop yourself on personal, professional and theoretical level.
- You are studying for a bachelor's or master's degree;
- You are available for at least 16 hours a week;
- You have an affinity with talent solutions within data, finance and analytics environments;
- You are ambitious, self-reflective and dare to be confident in an authentic way;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.

- A salary range between €10.80 and €14.00 per hour (including holiday allowance);
- A bonus scheme based on your own targets;
