During the Sales Talent Program you develop into a sparring partner for the top of the business community.

what will you do

The Sales Talent Program is a one-year program in which you are guided from commercial talent to a successful Business Consultant or Business Developer. It is an intensive program in which you follow weekly training sessions and are coached, based on three important pillars: personal, professional and theoretical development. Examples of training courses are conducting acquisitions, advising, presenting and convincing for example. No worries, no head in the books, we learn by doing a lot and give you direct responsibility:

  • Building a network and generating business from it, planning appointments and having a coffee (or drink) with your future customer;
  • Advise clients on how to build a successful team with our experts. You make a plan for this and are responsible for its implementation;
  • You draw up detailed job profiles together with the customer and coordinate these with your colleagues from Talent Acquisition;
  • Introduce experts with the right skills and personality to the customer, prepare them for the intake and ensure a streamlined start;
  • Switching with Talent Management to further develop the experts and keep an eye on important team metrics together with the customer.

what are we looking for

Someone who likes to kick down doors with a positive and contagious atmosphere around them. A healthy work ethic that adds value to our young and commercial organization. Furthermore you have:

  • A completed education at HBO or WO level;
  • A maximum of 3 years of work experience after your studies and ready for a career boost;
  • Commercial acumen, you are proactive and you have a passion for developing customer relationships;
  • A healthy dose of self-confidence and you are a tower of strength for both our clients and your own team
  • A personality that comes alive when you make phone calls and conduct (cold) acquisition conversations
  • A strong punctual and structured personality;
  • And last but not least: you have many good ideas to improve our business and motivate your team!
