As a Managing Business Consultant, you and your team are responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer portfolio within the financial sector. You make your own team successful and you understand better than anyone how our client can make his or her team successful. This makes you a discussion partner for our client management and enables you to position yourself as a trusted advisor.

what will you do

As a Managing Business Consultant you are responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer portfolio within the financial sector. Together with your team, you maintain contacts with existing relationships, generate leads and expand this network further. In addition, you are also good at motivating, training and making your team successful. You hire the right colleagues and you know how to develop them into successful Business Consultants. Various activities are:

  • Training and coaching team members and monitoring their performance;
  • Active contribution to the Sales Talent Program for the training of junior Business Consultants;
  • Developing a network and generating business from it;
  • Customer relationship management at (senior) management level;
  • Advise relationships on how to build a successful team. You are also responsible for the implementation of this;
  • Optimizing the client experience;
  • Identifying new business opportunities within the sector and converting this into a tailored proposition;

You will be responsible for expanding the portfolio within existing clients as well as acquiring new clients. You will be responsible for the entire sales funnel within one of the financial sector verticals. You will be trained towards the role of Director Financial Services.   • A completed education at HBO or WO level;
  • 3+ years of work experience in a commercial position;
