With the core quadrant, you can determine your core qualities, pitfalls, allergies and challenges. Interesting to know is that these are all connected. Your core quality could be directly opposite to your allergy. Also an overkill of your core quality can transgress into a pitfall. The positive opposite of the pitfall is your challenge, which is a good supplement to the core quality. An overkill of your challenge is your allergy.
