Our Story

2017

An idea is born to create a consultancy firm with a talent focused approach.

2018

Mploy Associates is founded by Rens Kok and Arald de Wilde in Utrecht, the Netherlands. By applying a talent focused approach, the founders believe that consultants will show significantly higher performance and career growth.

2019

Mploy Associates expands its client base with established clients such as ABN AMRO, AEGON, ING, and Athora, while the team consisting of consulting and corporate employees grows towards 30 people.

2020

Mploy Associates introduces its Post PhD Program. This addition allows the company to assist clients in finding, training, and retaining highly skilled professionals. Clients such as BNG, NIBC, and Alfam are added to the client portfolio.

2021

Mploy Associates launches its own digital platforms. The ongoing focus on professionalising and innovation results industry-recognized certifications such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and NEN4400.

2022

Mploy Associates extends its consulting teams with medior and managing consultants. The company celebrates the opening of a new office to accommodate the growing team of more than 100 people.

2023

Mploy Associates is honoured with a Cedeo accreditation for a client satisfaction of 98% for our talent focused approach. Mploy Associates also celebrates its 5th anniversary and establishes itself as a leading consultancy firm in the Netherlands.

We grew to 100 people in less than five years and are currently looking for new branches and international possibilities.
