At junior level, our programs focus on acquiring basic business skills such as presenting, agile working, feedback and time management. After this, more advanced competencies are developed for a mid-level role in a corporate environment. Examples are storytelling, project management, conflict management and negotiation.
Examples of provided entry-level theoretical courses are coding skills in SAS, Python or C#. Hereafter more advanced role specific courses are trained. Examples are Spark, Hadoop or Azure and the possibility to achieve relevant certifications as CFA, FRM, Scrum Master, Product Owner or coaching certifcations.

Yes. Our most common development programs are the Young Talent Program, Post PhD Program and Corporate Development Program. We also use a Consulting Development Program for medior and managing consultants and a Leadership Development Program for our management positions. All development programs are based on the same three development areas and all employees spend 10% of their working hours on development.
