Frequently asked questions

F.A.Q.

What does the application process look like?

Apply for a position that fits your ambitions best. Within 3 business days we will contact you and invite you for a career coaching session in which we discover your potential and ambitions.

If we do see a match, you will be introduced to our client's team or our own consulting team for an intake assessment and interview. When you and we are still positive, the onboarding process will be initiated to ensure a smooth start of your new career.

+

What are alumni doing nowadays?

Most of our alumni do make a big career step in their next role. For instance as head of data issue management or as a senior quant modeller reponsible for several projects and junior team members. Other alumni become service owner, product owner or become a member in national working groups to get fair policy prices.

+

What kind of pro bono projects?
