We want to prepare ourselves as good as possible for the career coaching. This preparation consists of three steps:

2: DISC questionnaire
3: Your CV

Start with step 1: Core Quality Quadrant

Step 1: Core Quality Quadrant

With the core quadrant, you can determine your core qualities, pitfalls, allergies and challenges. All of these are connected. Your core quality could be directly opposite to your allergy.

An overkill of your core quality can transgress into a pitfall. The positive opposite of the pitfall is your challenge, which is a good supplement to the core quality.You can see it as a circle!

We would like you to fill in this quadrant below. Don’t worry if you find it too difficult to connect them all right now, we will help you during the Career Coaching.

Core qualitiesPlease fill out 3 core qualities. What is your best quality? What do others appreciate in you? What do you encourage in others? Example: Curious.

AllergiesPlease fill out 3 allergies corresponding to your challenges. What would you dislike about yourself? What do you despise in others? Example: Uninterested people.

PitfallsPlease fill out 3 pitfalls of your core qualities. When do you falter? Where do others blame you for? What do you tolerate of yourself? Example: Obtrusive.

ChallengesPlease fill out 3 challenges related to your pitfalls. What are you missing in yourself? What do you admire in others? Example: Restrain myself.

2: DISC Questionaire

This questionnaire is based on the DISC method. This method gives insights into your preferred behavior. There are no wrong answers, so be honest and choose the statements that suits you best.

As these statements give insights about your behavior at work, please picture yourself being in a work environment when you answer them.
