Your activities

As an Administrative Officer, you'll be responsible for the financial and personnel administration of our organization. This includes, among other things:

  • Processing financial transactions, issuing invoices, and initiating payments
  • Managing our payroll administration
  • Collaborating with HRM to draft employment contracts
  • Facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Monitoring and managing budgets
  • Sharing responsibility with the Office Manager for front desk operations
  • Facilitating and organizing events

You are a dedicated and enthusiastic professional who appreciates an accurate administration and a presentable office. You possess a hands-on mentality and excellent communication skills. Moreover:

  • Whether you just graduated or have years of experience: you have a passion for administrative tasks
  • You're eager to apply the skills you gained during your bachelor's degree in a practical setting
  • You're sociable, empathetic, and value structure
  • You are are available for 24 hours per week, are living in Utrecht area and are (almost) fluent in Dutch and English
  • You are ambitious, self-reflective and dare to be confident in an authentic way
