Your activities

As a medior Talent Manager you are responsible for guiding and developing 25 to 35 junior consultants and corporate colleagues. This means, among others:

  • You are in the lead of development meetings with both our junior consultants and our corporate colleagues. You do this in collaboration with the client when applicable
  • You are the first point of contact for our clients when it comes to the development of your colleagues
  • You coach (if you are NOBCO certified) on personal development goals
  • You supervise various group sessions, such as personal development training and intervision sessions
  • You are the first point of contact for the junior consultants under your responsibility. With questions about holidays, sick leave, and career paths, they come to you. You are also responsible for executing and monitoring the entire HR cycle
  • You are involved in the improvements of our development programs

What we offer

You will not only have the opportunity to broaden your experiences and deepen your skills as a trusted L&D expert, but also to develop yourself into a senior talent management position.

By offering free lunch at the office and regular fun team activities like escape rooms and fun dinners, we ensure a connected and social workplace.

Also important; we will provide you with a public transport card and/or (electric) bike. All on us of course.

  • A salary range between €3,400 and €4,100 per month (including holiday allowance), depending on your track record
  • 25 days of paid annual leave
  • Challenging work with our top 200 clients and highly skilled colleagues
  • Besides in-house training opportunities, an external development budget of €2,000 per year to obtain relevant certifications

You are a driven and enthusiastic professional. You are known for your strong communication skills and analytical view when it comes to talent development. With your enthusiasm you know how to develop and retain talent for the organization. Furthermore:
