Managing Business Consultant

You make your own team successful and you are the trusted advisor to the management of our top 200 clients.

Your activities

In addition to maintaining and expanding our client portfolio, you will also spend time training your team members. You are enthusiastic and driven to build your team and take it to the next level. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Advising clients on how to build a successful team. You develop HR roadmaps and will become responsible for their implementation;
  • Client relationship management at (senior) management level;
  • Identifying new business opportunities within the sector and converting these into a tailored proposition;
  • Optimizing the client experience;
  • Training, coaching, and enabling team members to achieve their goals and develop yourself into an Industry Director.

What you bring

We are looking for experienced business consultants and business developers with different commercial and sales-related backgrounds, experiences, and passions. It speaks for itself that you are ambitious, self-reflective and dare to be confident in an authentic way.

Furthermore, you are energized by guiding and developing other teammembers and know how to make your team successful in delivering high-quality work for our clients.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a commercial position within the recruitment sector;
  • You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree;
  • You are proactive and you have a passion for developing client relationships;
  • You have an affinity with talent solutions within data, finance, analytics and/or IT;
  • A strong motivation to maximize your potential for the development of a strong brand;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
