As a Career Coach you are responsible for maintaining and expanding our talent pool of master's and PhD graduates with a background in data, finance or analytics.
You find, select and eventually invite high-potential candidates for a career coaching session with you. Together you develop a stunning career vision. Your day-to-day activities include:

You are responsible for finding the right high potential candidates for our Talent Programs. We will train your communication skills and make sure you are able to make every contact unforgettable.
You give assessment based career coaching and provide candidates with clear feedback and sustainable career advice. You are responsible to select the excellent candidates for a stunning career in one of our client teams.
You have an impressive track record in recruiting the right people for the right position. You are a specialist in a multitude of disciplines and are a trusted advisor for the Business Relations team.
You manage a large pool of relevant candidates for multiple positions and industries. You know how to read people and are able to guide junior colleagues in the amazing world of career coaching.
You make your own team successful and you understand better than anyone which skills are needed to make other teams successful. You are able to motivate your team to the max while monitoring the quality of the candidate pools.
Together with your management team you set the milestones, develop different candidate pool strategies and execute hiring plans to make us the leading talent focused consultancy firm while keeping the quality of our services high.
