We ensure that you become the first point of contact for one or two top-200 companies and train you to become an all-round sales and consultancy professional in our dedicated Sales Talent Program.
You have built your track record as Business Consultant by making several client teams more successful. You also play an important role in the development of your junior colleagues.
You have an impressive client base that are calling you to fix their resourcing issues because you never let them down. You are a trusted advisor to senior management and a well-known professional in the industry.
You make your own team successful and you understand better than anyone how the client can make his or her team successful. You motivate your team to the max while discussing market developments with your key accounts.
Your vision is the reason we are leading in the industry you are responsible for. You are an icon for the teams in your vertical and are a trusted board advisor in your industry. You make the blueprints for our clients’ resource and development strategy which are further implemented by the teams in your vertical.
Together with your team of Directors you set the milestones, develop different industry strategies, and execute hiring plans to make us the leading talent focus consultancy firm in your country while keeping the quality of our services high.
