Your activities
As a business analysis consultant you have a passion for IT solutions and data management. You will become a recognized Business Analyst within our exclusive top 200 network. Your role involves complex business issues, leading interim projects, and ensuring data excellence. From stakeholder management to implementing DQ controls and developing dashboards in PowerBi, your impact is far-reaching.
As a driven consultant, you act as a link between the business and IT. You effortlessly translate requirements into effective IT solutions. You organize stakeholder meetings to present results and discuss future action. You are the partner in crime for our clients when it comes to innovative solutions and automation.

Some interim project roles
- Solution manager; collaborating with stakeholders to guide implementation of IT solutions & supporting projectteam in achieving goals within set deadlines
- Business Analyst; analyzing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Business Requirements; collecting, validating and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
- Business intelligence; implementing DQ controls, developing dashboards and monitoring data quality at the client. You will use Power BI or more advanced software if desired
- Data governance; investigating the latest regulations regarding data management and translating this research into new system implementations
- Data Analyst; Investigating and documenting data flows and related data lineage & conducting trend analyses in data to ensure completeness and accuracy

The salary
Low risk, high reward: receive a competitive salary ranging from €4500,-tot €6500,- per month (including holiday allowance) depending on your trackrecord & earn a performance bonus tied to 70% of the turnover you achieve. Leading to a substantial increase of your total salary, exceeding €10.000 per month on average during projects.

What you bring
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts or Data Managers with a great passion for data and IT. You are authentic, ambitious and want to further develop yourself in consultancy. You are driven to pursue the success of our clients by applying your expertise and providing appropriate advice.
Excel your stakeholder management, fueled by your ability to gather reliable information. Your consultative mindset is the driving force behind the success of the projects at our clients.
- With over 3 years of relevant experience, you are ready to take the next step in your career by undertaking multiple interim and consultancy projects across various industries.
- You have an academic background in Information Science, Business Administration, Economics or another related study
- You have experience with data visualization and programming languages such as SQL or Python
- You are hands-on in dashboarding in Power BI, Spotfire and/or Tableau
- You have experience in an Agile and/or DevOps work environment and have worked with tools like Jira, Kanban and Git
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
