The salary
Receive a competitive salary ranging from €4.700 to €6.700 per month (including holiday allowance) and earn a performance bonus tied to 70% of the turnover you achieve.
We are looking for experienced quantitative analysts, modellers and actuaries with different quantitative backgrounds, experiences, and passions. It speaks for itself that you are ambitious, self-reflective and dare to be confident in an authentic way.
Furthermore, you are energized by guiding and developing junior teammembers and know how to make your team successful in delivering high-quality work for our clients.
Four-and-a-half days a week you work for the client on a diverse range of projects. The rest of the time you work at Mploy Associates to help the company, teams, and junior consultants. This ranges from feedback and reporting, to writing proposals for new client projects.
Client Projects
You will spend the majority of your time working directly on a single project. You guide the client with your technical and interpersonal skills and at the same time manage the project and stakeholders with your planning, presentation, and organizational skills.
Mploy Associates
You work with other consultant to build innovative strategies to grow our firm, write proposal to scale the business while contributing to a collaborative and fun environment.
Mentoring juniors
With your knowledge and expertise you guide and train juniors. Give feedback on their work, development, and overall skills.
Development
Time for your own development and expand your set of technical and professional skills. Additionally, you can also strengthen your personal skills with personal coaching.
Helping teams
The same knowledge and expertise is used to help other Mploy Associates teams. For example, supporting Talent Development with your technical know-how, or Business Relations with exploring possible opportunities or writing technical proposals.
