As an experienced Recruitment Consultant you are responsible for maintaining and expanding our network of self employed interim professionals. This network is important to us in case we do not have the specific skills or experience available in-house that our clients currently need. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Expanding our network of self employed interim professionals within data, finance and analytics;
- Performing intake interviews with interim professionals about their experiences, skills and competences;
- Advising interim professionals about market developments and skills to stay ahead;
- Maintaining your candidate pool by contacting the interim professionals on a regular basis and keep them informed about opportunities;
- Matching the right interim professionals to the right client projects based on experiences, skills and competences;
- Contributing actively to the development of junior recruitment consultants.

- A salary range between €3,400 and €5,400 per month (including holiday allowance), depending on your track record;
- A bonus scheme based on your own targets;
- 25 days of paid annual leave;
- Besides in-house training opportunities, an external development budget of €2,000 per year to obtain relevant certifications;

What you bring
We are looking for experienced recruitment consultants with different commercial and recruitment-related backgrounds, experiences, and passions. It speaks for itself that you are ambitious, self-reflective and dare to be confident in an authentic way.
Furthermore, you are a quick thinker, a winner, and you have the ambition to make Mploy Associates leading within data, finance and analytics projects.
- You have 2+ years of work experience in a recruitment position;
- You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree;
- You have an affinity with talent solutions within data, finance and analytics environments;
- You are eager to develop yourself on personal, professional and theoretical level;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Talent Sourcer

You are responsible for finding the right high potential candidates for our Talent Programs. We will train your communication skills and make sure you are able to make every contact unforgettable.
Junior Career Coach

You give assessment based career coaching and provide candidates with clear feedback and sustainable career advice. You are responsible to select the excellent candidates for a stunning career in one of our client teams.
Medior Career Coach
€3.200 - €5.000
You have an impressive track record in recruiting the right people for the right position. You are a specialist in a multitude of disciplines and are a trusted advisor for the Business Relations team.
Senior Career Coach
€3.500 - €6.500
You manage a large pool of relevant candidates for multiple positions and industries. You know how to read people and are able to guide junior colleagues in the amazing world of career coaching.
Managing Career Coach
€3.500 - €7.500
You make your own team successful and you understand better than anyone which skills are needed to make other teams successful. You are able to motivate your team to the max while monitoring the quality of the candidate pools.
