As a Medior Talent Manager, you are the driving force behind talent development within our organization. With your passion for training and coaching, and your sharp insight into the needs of the current generation, you inspire colleagues to keep developing themselves, both personally and professionally.
As a Medior Talent Manager, you have a dynamic role in which you are responsible for guiding and developing 25 to 30 junior consultants and corporate colleagues on a personal, professional, and theoretical level. This includes: you guide a diverse group of approximately 25-30 (inter)national young professionals (junior consultants) and advise them on their development (personal, professional, and theoretical).

The salary
A competitive salary between €3,800 and €4,400 per month (including 8% holiday allowance), depending on your track record and experience.
